Site is fine without any pop-ups or downloads.
This would be a great site if they provided content!!
Unless the site is still being built out to actually provide what is being advertised and not just an ad within an ad.
The only way to find out if there is anything would be to click on the 'Google Ads'.
Relevancy is still an issue if you want the site to be listed on Google or Bing.
Just my opinion...
