Trouble-shooting
If you don't recieve your email receipt within an hour or so, here are some things to check. You can click the back arrow of you browser (if you still have it open) and double-check the email address you entered. If you are unsure, or have closed the window, please feel free to re-submit your information. It may also be a good idea to verify that the email address entered is still valid. Some webmail companies (such as Hotmail, Yahoo, MSN, etc.) may consider this request as SPAM will filter to a JUNK FOLDER or close your account if it's not used within a month. We would much rather have two entries from you than miss out on the chance of having you contact us!
